Pixar: 20 Years of Animation
The MoMA is showcasing a tribute to Pixar from December 14th to February 6th. With over 500 works of original art from Pixar, this is “the most extensive gallery exhibition that MoMA has ever devoted to the genre.”
Fallen Art
Platige Image has produced Fallen Art, a short animated movie that takes place at an old, forgotten military base somewhere in the Pacific. You can preview the opening sequence on their site, and I absolutely love the character concept paintings.
