I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this before. Following a link in Boing Boing, I came across the virtual reality game Second Life. This takes The Sims to a whole new level. The population in Second Life is already over 40,000. Second Life is not so much a game in itself, but a virtual world within which there may be games, communities, commerce, etc.
